We will now move to BQ-17.

Please be aware that if BQ-17 is adopted, NDP-19.2 cannot be moved due to a line conflict. If BQ-17 is adopted, NDP-19.2 becomes moot, as they are identical. If BQ-17 is defeated, so is NDP-19.2, for the same reason.

Shall BQ-17 carry?
