I did not know if anyone was challenging that ruling, Mr. Housefather, because I didn't hear from anyone. Not being able to see the floor, I am hoping that somebody could feed back to me what is going on.

If everyone is agreed that NDP-24.1 is inadmissible, then I shall not ask for a vote on it, and I will not ask for the vote on CPC-29.1.

Now, shall clause 37 carry?
