We have now gone past the time for this committee to adjourn. We have not even voted on this motion. I don't really want us to bring this back and waste a lot of time on it again.

Madam Chair, I would like to remind you of the urgency which with we should start deliberations on Hockey Canada and summon its representatives. If those representatives say they cannot testify on October 4, should they be compelled to do so? Can we summon them to come on October 25? Can we issue a summons to Mr. Nicholson?
These are issues which are very important and on which we will have to make decisions over the next four minutes.
