Do you think it makes sense to spend so much money to protect English in Quebec rather than supporting, as Mr. Généreux mentioned earlier, organizations like the Fédération des communautés francophones et acadienne du Canada, or FCFA? They are concerned about the implementation of the new Official Languages Act and afraid that the funding for linguistic communities will melt away like snow in the sun.
