That's the argument we're always given to justify the use of the Emergencies Act. I would have liked to see the legal opinion, but I understand that's not going to happen.
Earlier, Minister Virani or you—I no longer remember which of you it was—alluded to a consultation with the provinces. Do you remember the outcome of that consultation?
