Yes, but I just want to remind everyone that if you have a longer opinion that you would like the committee to consider, you can submit a brief—it could be a letter—in writing to the committee, as long as it doesn't exceed 3,000 words. You just go to the committee website. There's also an electronic questionnaire. If you don't want to do a brief but you want to do a questionnaire, you can do that as well.
