I could add a lot more subclauses to what I wrote. I would assume that the question will be clear. I would favour a supermajority on these issues, quite frankly, as the provincial governments did in Canada and as they did in Australia and New Zealand, because these matters are very important. It can't just be decided by 50% plus one.
I think if you meet all those conditions, if you have a fair vote, yes, I think governments have to abide by them. I'm a democrat. I think governments should have to abide by them. Am I understanding your question?
