So if I may summarize—and then I realize it's time to move on—there seems to be a bit of agreement that CEPA is the place to be more proactive. It has the tools and it is a more evolved piece of legislation; and until such time as we actually revisit the Hazardous Products Act in a similar kind of review to this one, we should be using it to be forward looking.
