The last paragraph speaks in terms of dedicated environment audit professionals, etc., and immediately that raises a question to me of what that means in terms of staff and additional bureaucracy to make it happen. Obviously, your suggestion of witnesses would maybe answer some of those questions.
I was in the process of asking Mr. McGuinty that question, but now I may as well ask it publicly. It would seem to me that there may be some implication there in terms of cost, bureaucracy, and so on, so I appreciate your suggestion.
