I have a point of order, Mr. Chair. We've heard these remarks. This is the third or fourth time Mr. Warawa repeats these very remarks. Are these going to make a contribution to this debate? I strongly recommend he reads from the phone book. That would be a more positive contribution to this debate, Mr. Chair.
