My comments would be essentially the same as Mr. Lloyd's. Certainly we've been in discussion with government over the last number of years. We've seen elements of plans. Some parts of it are out with respect to vehicle emissions requirements, but as Mr. Lloyd has said, and as I said in my remarks, I think we're taking a prudent approach to ensure that we pace and inform the ultimate plan in Canada with what's happening in a continental context.
