Just to clarify, if the committee wants to do that, they can. If the committee had decided not to do this review of these clauses, that is their right. I would have responded back to the chair saying that we're not going to do that and thank you for the opportunity. But the committee decided that they did want to review these clauses and call witnesses. This is what the committee decided to do.
That leaves us with two options—actually, three. We could not respond, or we could respond by saying that we do not have any recommendations, or we can respond with recommendations.
