A recent Parks Canada Agency report found that 40% of the agency's real estate is in poor condition, with repairs being estimated at $9.5 million, plus an additional $3.3 billion estimated as being needed for climate change adaptation. We're hearing more and more about the need to adapt to what is coming, this tsunami of disasters.
Budget 2019 doesn't allocate any new funds to either of these issues. I wonder if you could advise if Parks Canada has sufficient funding to make the necessary repairs and adapt to the climate change that we know is on the way?
