In our audit, we didn't actually look at the transport between provinces. We were looking at it between borders, so the U.S.-Canada border. We did find generally that both CBSA and fisheries officers were not being provided with enough training and materials to know what to look for and how to deal with it if they did find it. For the staff who are there, the CBSA staff in particular, they need to have more support. The fisheries officers also need more support.
