Those inputs have to be the kinds of plastics that are reusable. That's why you need the first step of regulating or directing what kind of plastic is brought into Canada and manufactured here. Then, when you go to reuse it and have a requirement for recycled content for certain kinds of products, you have that input. That is starting on the cycle of the circular economy in Canada.
