That's a good question. I can't say whether it's normal, because this is the first experience I've had of a meeting requested under Standing Order 106(4). I believe that Mr. Deltell can move his motion because it relates to the subject we intend to discuss today.
I think we need to debate it and decide what to do with it, do we not, Madam Clerk? Ms. Pauzé can then move her own motion. I don't think Ms. Pauzé's motion takes precedence over Mr. Deltell's, but we'll suspend for a moment to confirm that.
