I have a point of order, Mr. Chair. I would be curious to know, perhaps from the clerk or from your experience, Mr. Chair, the substantial difference between the motion that was just put before us and the motion on which debate was just adjourned. Is there a substantial enough difference? Yes, there are a number of different paragraphs. There is an (a), (b) and (c), but to me, the general thrust of that is almost identical, with a small prescription.
I would look to previous decisions from chairs, or perhaps the clerk could advise if there is a substantial difference between the motion on which debate was just adjourned seconds ago and the one that was just proposed.
