Okay. I gather, then, that Alberta has no targets for 2030.
Are you in favour of an oil or gas pipeline going from the west and through Quebec?

I think Quebec should develop its own natural gas resources and use them not only to wean itself off American dependence but also to export to Europe. We'd be happy to help them develop the ability, the technical capacity and the regulatory capacity to do that.
