Mr. Tilson's point of order dealt with whether the motion is in order. He said that Ms. Lavallée's motion is not proper or in order. His point of order addressed that, but now he is discussing the substance of the motion. So, his point of order no longer relates to whether the motion is in order. His speaking time on the point of order is now up. You gave him one minute, but that minute is now up. So, you should call him to order, move on to something else and put it to a vote.
