I'd have to revisit the regulations, but they're roughly along the lines of what we have: a certain amount of free hours of search time, a certain amount of free photocopying and then 20ยข per page applies, and preparation fees and those kinds of things. It's very similar. The distinction is that they have no ombudsman and no commissioner. If you wish to appeal, you have to go to the courts, which could be very expensive, of course.
