I'm wondering, when the commissioner is asked to contemplate launching an investigation, there's potential for public or external factors to create a presumption of guilt prior to the conclusions being made known. Do you see any way to mitigate attacks on reputation for purely partisan purposes? I recognize you're talking about public and partisan, so I'd like to stay just within the partisan element.
