When you look at the complaints—and CRA, for example, has 30% of your complaints—are you noticing the complaints that are coming in that are all similar? Are they similar in nature? Is it that a lot of these complaints in each one of these top departments are similar in nature? If you could get through that one hurdle with them, would their complaints go down? Is that a fair assessment?
