If I could add, I think there are multiple approaches to the solution and there's unfortunately no one-size-fits-all or silver bullet. So in addition to what John was saying, there are real-time monitoring services that don't inhibit the consumer from getting access to credit, but would alert them in a real-time environment should their consumer report be accessed without their knowledge and they could take immediate action.
