Welcome this morning to the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics for meeting number 118. Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii), we are continuing our study of breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook.

Today we have as witnesses Elizabeth Dubois, Michael Pal and Samantha Bradshaw.
