I am in complete agreement with what has just been said about transparency. I think we overestimate transparency. The mechanism to test the algorithms is probably the best way to proceed to identify problems.
Nevertheless, I would use the term “audit” in both senses of the word. First in the sense that was just used, and also in the sense that competent authorities must use algorithms to detect the problematic parameters of a decision. We could use both, but first I think that the solution that was proposed before is an excellent process.
