Sure. I think that to a certain extent some of what we think of as being a right to be forgotten or a right to erasure, as it's more recently being called in Europe, actually exists. You have the ability to revoke consent that you've given previously. The Privacy Commissioner did an investigation of Facebook related to account closures, and all of that does exist.
So when it comes to any commercial organization that collects, uses, or discloses that information, that consent can be revoked, and you can require that information to be deleted.
