As an Individual

I take the Prime Minister at his word.

I've reported a number of things he said in the report. I'm not going to report anything I didn't put in the report. As I said, I can't. Anything I do is confidential, except what I feel is necessary to report. This was almost double the length of any report I've done. I tried to make it as thorough as I could. I'm sure there are statements in there that answer the question you just asked.
