This discussion is important to 38 million individuals in this country because this is individuals' data. This is not anyone else's data. This is individuals' data. That's the way I view this issue. We need to make sure that we get the balance right, but we also need to make sure that consumers, Canadian citizens, are protected. That is my fundamental belief.
