However, as referenced in an NBC News article title, “Elon Musk's misleading election claims have accrued 1.2 billion views on X, new analysis says”, and the subtitle continues, “The nonprofit Center for Countering Digital Hate said [his] debunked claims are spreading widely and don't appear to be subject to X's Community Notes fact-checking system.”
You're not signing on to the EU code and your chair has 1.2 billion views of misleading election claims as a representative of the company. What do you have to say about that?

No user is above Community Notes. In fact, he has received several. No one at X has the ability to place or remove a Community Note.
