I think legislating a human in the decision-making loop is an important thing to include. I think it's also important to recognize that it doesn't solve all of the problems. It's often presented as the solution, but you're often going to have a lot of bias problems, even with a human involved in the investigation. Beyond that, you still need more.
We still recommend a moratoria, given the wide potential for harm with this particular technology, until we get to a better and more concrete regulatory and technologically developed state.
