Who has access to those servers? To ensure they are compliant with Canadian privacy laws is obviously a big part of it. I'm wondering if you can highlight how a Canadian can be certain that Canadian privacy laws and their information online are protected when servers are stored around the world and in jurisdictions that have very different privacy laws.
