The motion reads as follows:
That, in relation to the committee's future business, it be agreed that:
1. The next meeting be dedicated to the statutory review of the Lobbying Act before concluding the witness testimony;
2. Following the conclusion of the statutory review of the Lobbying Act study, the committee dedicate its next four regularly scheduled meetings to the study on the use of AI in algorithmic pricing;
3. Following the conclusion of the study on the use of AI in algorithmic pricing, the committee dedicate its next eight regularly scheduled meetings to the review of the Privacy Act; and
4. The Thursday before every sitting week, the chair provide the committee with a working calendar of the committee's work for the next four regularly scheduled meetings.
To provide additional context as to why I moved this motion, I'll note that it has become abundantly clear to me over the course of the past few months, since I joined this committee, that despite the fact that we have—
