I think we're ready to vote on this. I would speak against it, because I think the clarification from the clerk about how this committee can operate makes sense. That would be to say—something I fail to do, which I would be happy to do--that I intend to raise this today, and therefore it would appear on the order paper. It's as simple as that. The onus is on the individual.
If I fail to do this, I apologize. I'd be happy to do it in the future.
That's the reasonable way to go. This other motion makes no sense.
