Mr. Chairman, I would like to say something. It's like at the Supreme Court. Quebec attorneys now plead in English before the Supreme Court because otherwise they have to slow down for the interpreters. This is unfair, because it takes away from their time. If they have to speak more slowly, it means they can't say as much in the time allotted to them, which in unfair.
