Sir, again, I apologize, with great respect, I think it would go beyond my mandate to agree on a policy direction. We think that any plan, whether it's a government policy plan, whether it's fiscal policy or economic policy, that lays out a vision the way you've described and then allows people like me, as a budgetary officer, to say what this means for public finances, to ask if there could potentially be an impact on Canadians' productivity....
