However, I need to be convinced that they will actually address the skills shortages. Could you provide a list of those programs? That would be evidence that might sway us one way or another. I'm at a loss when you compare Canada student loans to Canada student grants, because a loan is repaid and a grant is not.
Have you costed out how much it would cost the government in revenues for that?
