The way the RDSP program works is that, for an individual who was initially eligible for the DTC and then became ineligible, it allows some time for the opportunity for those cases to be reviewed, for the individual to resubmit the DTC application, or for the individual, in fact, to launch an objection and even an appeal. The winding down of that RDSP doesn't happen right away. They have essentially at least a year to wind that down, if necessary.
