In the report, there's a specific reference to young people when they're getting a credit card, that it comes with credit protection, but that they're not always informed that that's an extra service. First of all, why wouldn't there be some sort of recommendation from you? That, to me, seems to be a problem. Why would there not be a recommendation that this be looked at?
Why are there no specific recommendations? You have specific cases where there are issues. We're supposed to write a report on this. If we don't have recommendations from the experts, it's going to be very difficult to make good recommendations to the policy-makers.
