That's a very good example of a provincial jurisdictional area that has, let's say, a requirement of product suitability in their legislation, while we do not have this requirement in our legislation.
In January 2017, you'll recall that the Minister of Finance tasked me with consulting with all the provinces with a view to identifying the best practices in consumer protection and to ensure that the federal protections were as strong, if not stronger, than the provincial protections.
