I believe it was reported three weeks ago that the program alone brought in $1.57 billion in the 2014-15 fiscal year, which was four times what was projected, and over the course of the program since inception, $2.6 billion has been recovered or brought in through the program without the investments that your government is prepared to make. Are those numbers correct?
