You mentioned that you had figured out the dollar figure for those who are federally regulated—how much they're going to be impacted, dollar-wise—but outside of that, obviously small business is going to be impacted by these changes. It's one thing to say it's only going to cost this much, but you have the spillover effect: it's going to cost much more.
