I think we can discount the transfers to various income quintiles and the data show that, even without the payments, there would have been a slight increase, but clearly the payments that were made increased the overall wealth and the disposable income of the lower quintiles, more disproportionately than at other levels. We also saw a slight increase in the higher quintiles as well, but in percentage terms, it was much lower than what we saw in the lower two quintiles.
