I'm not going to get into that specific tool because I think there are a range of tools that can be used to address the climate crisis, but I want to flip the question and ask you what you can tell us about the cost of not dealing with the climate crisis.
Certainly there must be an economic cost to wildfires, floods and droughts that affect food production. What can you tell us about the cost of not dealing with the climate crisis?
