I'm filling in for our chair, Mr. Keddy, who has another commitment.

I'd like to welcome our committee members and to welcome our witness this morning, Matthew A. Bol, director, Jacobs Consultancy Canada Inc. Apparently, you did a study a number of years on small craft harbours and infrastructures in other countries. I'd like to welcome you here this morning.
