The foundation is to report to us on an annual basis and give us a business plan as well as a statement of income and investment. It is an organization at arm's length from the government. We are obviously not the managers of the fund, as it was set up as an endowment. We have had a number of discussions and meetings with the organization to make sure the business plan is solid, the way forward is well structured, and the investments are sound.
