The invasive species strategic plan that the province worked on with the other sister ministries will establish our ministry as the lead ministry to coordinate efforts around invasive species management. In the absence, as Anne alluded to, of a single overriding, embracing and statutorily delegated responsibility, the invasive species strategic plan does establish our ministry as the lead ministry to take an overall coordination role.
