One of the critical things is that we do the things we can do, that we know we need to do. I'm going to focus on a few.
In terms of freshwater habitat, the spawning habitat, the smolt-rearing habitat, apart from some of the issues you outlined, such as the issues with dams or warm water, can we say that by and large the freshwater habitats toward the northern part of the range are generally in good shape, or that if there are issues, they can be dealt with, as with some of the projects under the recreational fisheries conservation partnerships program?
