To Dr. Favaro and possibly Mr. Olszynski, I have one question, and it rings loud and clear for what each of you has said in your presentation. How exactly can anyone, whether it be DFO or local groups, protect fish and fish habitat when the regulations and the enforcement are not there to do it, and it's just left to its own demise?
