What I'm hearing the analyst say is that they need drafting instructions. I'm not sure we need to actually assign full meeting times to do that. As long as this committee is prepared, we could take 10 or 15 minutes at the end of a meeting, or whatever the case might be. I think, colleagues, that allocating time aside just for the purpose of drafting instructions might not be the best use of our time, given the urgency of other issues that we have right now.
As long as we're prepared, at the appropriate time, to give drafting instructions, I think this would be a relatively straightforward thing that we could probably do at the end of a meeting.
