Yes. I just want to point out that you may remember that the committee already readopted these motions from 42-1 into 43-1. The reports were not presented to the House because of the situation with COVID. If you recall, we suggested that first with Standing Order 108(2) there is a provision for a dissenting opinion. Any member of the new parties or new membership can actually add a dissenting opinion. Pursuant to the standing order, the committee would have to agree on a specific date to permit dissenting opinions, if any, to the reports.
It could be done as part of the motion or as an appended motion next to this one.
